Anyway, I’ve always been very big on staying in shape cos I feel like there is a lot of pressure from society to “look good”. Yes weight is one thing you can use to gauge how fit you are, but many times it’s also about achieving the body shape I want and how healthy I really am.
I know there are a lot of you out there like me trying to incorporate some exercise into your daily routine but it also isn’t the easiest to motivate yourself to just go running after work and good gym memberships aren’t the cheapest. So here’s my way of helping you keep fit in 2020!
